Description
Elder son of the family NÉOUX - GUÉRET - AUBUSSON - FELLETIN (names of villages and towns in the Creuse region), the FELLETIN yarn is made of 100% long and fine merino fibres (21 microns) which give it an exceptionally soft feel.
It is characterized by a double assembly of 18x2 strands, with a relatively strong twist and a middle tension, which give it resistance, elasticity and bulk. It is a thick, dense and sculpted yarn, which is knitted with # 8 to 10 needles. FELLETIN is available in 2 color ranges, one sober and delicate for classic and timeless works (colors 914 to 930), the other more lively and marked, to make accessories and catch the eye (colors 901 to 913). The FELLETIN yarn is machine washable, with mild soap (from Marseille). It is better to avoid wringing, and prefer drying flat, in the open air.
