AMBIANCE prêt-à-teindre ("ready-to-dye") is an ecru yarn made from 100% pure natural sheep's wool and is one of the Fonty classics. It is a flexible and robust yarn, made up of 4 strands, with a balanced twist which gives it elasticity, solidity and bulk.

It is knitted with # 4 needles. AMBIANCE prêt-à-teindre is a compromise balanced between softness and comfort, needle size and knitting time and price.

This yarn presented in a 100g skein is also available in the AMBIANCE range in the form of balls of 50g dyed, available in a wide palette of colors.

It is also the cousin of the thread NUMÉRO 5 pret-à-teindre. The AMBIANCE prêt-à-teindre yarn is machine washable, at 30°, no spin, with air drying, flat.
