1. OBJECT

These General Conditions of Use (GCU) aim to define the rules applicable in the context of the use of THE SITE by THE USER, and in particular the rules concerning the management of data concerning him.

In the event of a dispute, THE USER should first contact FONTY to obtain an amicable solution and in the absence of an agreement, the Common Law Courts will have sole jurisdiction.
